Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to fee-based planning consultations and engagements offered by Relay Independent Financial Planning Co., Ltd. Prices are quoted in writing after intake; this page describes how refunds and cancellations work.

Several timeframes below are standard market practice and are proposed, pending business confirmation—contact us if your engagement letter states different terms.

Eligibility for refunds

• Pre-paid diagnostic or planning sessions: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you may request a full refund of session fees paid in advance.
• Deposits for multi-meeting engagements: Deposits are refundable if you cancel before we deliver written materials or hold more than one live session. Once the written action outline is delivered, the deposit portion covering completed work is non-refundable.

Partial refunds

If we reschedule due to consultant illness or office closure, you may choose a new time or a pro-rata refund for unused prepaid sessions.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (venue, translation, licensed specialist referrals) once incurred.
• Sessions marked completed or no-shows without 48-hour notice.
• Custom spreadsheet or template work already sent to you.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Email info@apirelay.digital or call +66-2-332-7514 with your name and scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible; bank transfers in Thailand may take additional clearing days.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. We will review calendar records and delivered materials before issuing adjustments.
