This notice explains how Relay Independent Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use apirelay.digital and contact us about financial planning for self-employed professionals. We act as the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Data we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone number, message text, and the page URL you submitted from.
• Cookie preference: a single value stored in your browser (see our Cookie notice) recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage.
• Server logs: if your hosting provider records technical access logs, those are governed by the host’s policy; this marketing site does not run analytics pixels or third-party trackers.

Purposes and legal bases

We do not use your data for automated profiling or sell lists to third parties.

Where inquiries go

Submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Our server-side handler stores messages securely for staff to read and reply by email or phone. Data is used only to handle your inquiry—not for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in during a live conversation.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Cookie preference values remain on your device until you clear site data.

Your PDPA rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. Contact info@apirelay.digital or call +66-2-332-7514. We respond within reasonable timelines prescribed by the PDPA. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

International transfers

If you email us from outside Thailand, your message may be processed on systems located in Thailand. We apply appropriate safeguards for any cross-border transfer required to serve you.

Security

We use TLS for form transmission and limit internal access to inquiry data. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive identifiers in the initial web form.

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting how we use inquiry data will be highlighted when you next visit after the update.
